A cerebral hemorrhage or haemorrhage (or intracerebral hemorrhage, ICH) is a subtype of a intracranial hemorrhage that occurs within the brain tissue itself. Intracerebral hemorrhage can be caused by brain trauma, or it can occur spontaneously in hemorrhagic stroke. Non-traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage is a spontaneous bleeding into the brain tissue.[1]
A cerebral hemorrhage is an intra-axial hemorrhage; that is, it occurs within the brain tissue rather than outside of it. The other category of intracranial hemorrhage is extra-axial hemorrhage, such as epidural, subdural, and subarachnoid hematomas, which all occur within the skull but outside of the brain tissue. There are two main kinds of intra-axial hemorrhages: intraparenchymal hemorrhage and intraventricular hemorrhages. During the fall of 2009, Paul had a serious brain haemorrhage resulting in paralysis and aphasia. At that time, Paul was 58. He was literally ‘out of order’
Paul got intensive revalidation with physiotherapy, reself method, healing and different other treatments. Paul has also his own will to succeed. After 2 years, Paul has still difficulties to talk and to walk, while the right part of his body doesn’t respond normally.

Mister Keshe controls first the senses of Paul, checking if the nervous system is not damaged. It appears, Paul can’t feel a lot. In fact, the right part of Paul’s body has no sensitivity. Paul has still difficulties to talk. He barely can say a short sentence correctly.
Mister Keshe concludes a neuro system must be build to make the nerves of Paul function properly.
Part 3 of the video (March 21, 2012) shows the results after 2 weeks of processing with the plasma technology which consists of drinking water and breathing air charged with the plasma. The process takes place at the home of Paul. The instructions are easily to follow and Paul feels comfortable with it. Mister Keshe wants to know if the thumb start to have sensitivity and can move. The results are motivating.
On the third part of the video, one can see Paul can even sing full sentences and he is able to dance.
Part 4 of the video shows the evolution of Paul’s condition. It’s Paul’s 60th anniversary on Sunday March 25th, 2012 . The evolution goes that quick with the plasma technology, that other options are possible.

Multiple sclerosis is a chronic disease that affects the nervous system. The inflammation of these nerves makes communications difficult and the system begins to fail. The pattern seems to vary from person to person and therefore the symptoms also vary.
